Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is a one-to-one arrangement. Coaching can cover aspects such as leadership behaviors, art of mentoring, decision making skills and career development. Gaining an additional perspective from an outside expert source can be valuable to executives. In today's organizations, executives look to coaches to help them to overcome roadblocks at work and help them fulfill their career ambitions.
Coaching is recognized to be the most successful method in developing leaders, and proven to be effective in preventing derailment among employees. Executive coaching is valuable not just to the C-suite executives, but middle management and those in supervisory roles.
Our Leader Coaching process typically follow these steps:
- Aligning with the Organization and the Leader who sponsored the Coachee.
- Co-creation of the Coaching Plan in a 3-way partnership among the (i) Sponsor, (ii) Coachee, and (iii) Coach
- We accelerate the coaching outcomes through the effective use of an assessment tool at the beginning. This provides precise feedback on the strengths and areas of development of the Coachee; this allows the Coach to execute a targeted approach to the coaching sessions.
- Coaching is conducted through a blended approach of (i) face to face coaching, (ii) video and teleconference.
- Performance and effectiveness of coaching is measured at the end. A 3-way meeting among the Sponsor, Coachee and Coach closes the coaching journey with measurable outcomes and having achieved the onset objectives.
